Workshops & wine making October 3, 2014 by portugalholidayguide Leave a comment I ran my first bead making workshop Which seemed to go well. Although I was so busy I forgot to take photos! These are just a few of the beads that were made It was our final Portuguese lesson, so we went for a drink at the river beach bar afterwards. In the village the figs are ripe , but most have split on the trees due to the high amount of rain we had this year. Such a shame ! I was reminded that rabbits are not pets in the village I did some polymer clay colour mixing and made some experimental pieces. These remind me of how England looks from a plane window , I also made some new pendants using the Mokume gane technique I had a quick mooch around Gois market. It was so warm it felt like a Summers day . Everyone in the village has been busy picking grapes, including myself . I have decided to have a go at making some wine for the first time . Next week you can see how I got on ! Advertisements Share this:TwitterFacebookLike this:Like Loading... Related Author: portugalholidayguide I love making and creating , and trying out new ideas .
